It runs on a quiet workstation in your office. No cloud AI provider sees your files, email or client names. What does go out is what you'd expect, like an email you approve or a web search you ask for.
It asks before it acts
Sending an email or deleting anything waits for a person to tap Approve, on screen or on the phone. After it reads an email, every change needs approval.
Private by default
It's reached over its own private network, not the open internet. Everyone signs in with a passkey or a security key, and each person sees only their own mail, notes and chats.
Looked after, not left behind
Nightly encrypted backups, monitoring, security updates and model upgrades. Every release is tested against a fixed set of tasks before it reaches you.

Is a local AI as smart as ChatGPT?
For the hardest reasoning, the big cloud models are still ahead. For the everyday work of an office (drafting, summarising, translating, finding things in your own files) a local model does the job well. We test every release against a fixed set of tasks before it reaches you.
What hardware do we need?
A quiet workstation with a modern NVIDIA graphics card, sized to your team, plus a small backup-power unit. We write the spec. You buy it from a retailer at cost, or we source it. For up to 10 people it's typically $4,000–6,000, and we quote exact prices the week you order.
Can Ghalixy see our data?
No. Your documents, email and conversations stay on your machine and are never sent to us. We connect for support only when you ask.
Does it work with our email and calendar?
It works with standard mail (IMAP) and calendar (CalDAV) accounts, including Gmail, Yahoo and Fastmail. Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com aren't supported yet. Tell us what you use when you book the demo.
Can we use it from our phones?
Yes. The Ghalixy app for Android brings the whole assistant with you and approves requests with your fingerprint, at the office or away. On an iPhone, use it in the browser.
Does anything leave the machine?
Only what you'd expect. Emails you approve go out through your normal mail provider, web searches you ask for go through a private search service, and reminders reach your own phone. Optional off-site backups are encrypted with your key before they leave. Your documents and conversations are never sent to a cloud AI.
What if the machine breaks?
Nightly encrypted backups, a tested restore process, the manufacturer's hardware warranty, and a next-business-day response under Care.
What about AI mistakes?
AI can be wrong, so a person should review anything important before it goes out. That's built in: nothing is sent or deleted until someone taps Approve.
Where do you work?
On site in Haldimand County, Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington, Niagara and the western GTA. Ghalixy Home installs can be done remotely anywhere in Ontario.
Do we pay per user?
No per-seat AI fees. You pay once for setup and hardware, then a flat monthly Care plan based on your team size.
